Position Summary
Kawai America Corporation is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Piano Technical Services Representative to join our Technical Services team.
This entry-level position supports a wide range of Technical Services functions, including acoustic and digital piano troubleshooting, warranty support, parts coordination, service documentation, dealer support, customer communication, and hands-on product evaluation.
The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of acoustic piano construction, tuning, regulation, repair, or general piano service. The candidate should also have a strong interest in learning digital piano technology, electronic components, diagnostics, and product-specific service procedures.
This role is well suited for someone with piano technician knowledge who is interested in growing into a broader technical services position that supports acoustic pianos, digital pianos, hybrid instruments, warranty cases, parts support, and dealer/customer communication.
Kawai will provide hands-on training in Kawai-specific products, digital piano troubleshooting, acoustic service procedures, warranty workflows, parts identification, and service case management.
