How do I report a defective product purchased from Kawai's online store?

Report operational failures to [email protected] or call (310) 631-1771 ext. 6868. A product support specialist will contact you to assess the issue.

Reports of defects shall be made in a timely manner. Report suspected operational failures to Kawai Product Support via email at [email protected] or call (310) 631-1771 ext. 6868, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Pacific time.

Include the model, serial number, and order number. A product support specialist will contact you to determine the nature of the problem. If a repair is not feasible, a replacement instrument will be authorized at no charge to you.
