The K-5 upright piano was an exceptional piano that was replaced by the K-500 when the K Series was transformed in 2014. The new K-500 is a true “step up” from a variety of perspectives. First, the 51″ K-500 gained two full inches in height over its predecessor which provides a larger soundboard area (2155 sq. in.) for deeper, more powerful tone. The K-500 also features mahogany hammer mouldings, exclusive NEOTEX™ synthetic ivory keys, and the proprietary Millennium III Upright Action with ABS-Carbon composite parts. In the upright piano category, there is no other model in the industry that competes with the unique specifications and performance of the K-500.
