The CN34 digital piano was the top model in Kawai’s industry-leading line of CN Series digital pianos. In addition to Kawai’s proprietary Progressive Harmonic Imaging Sound Technology, it featured the full complement of powerful features including Ivory Touch key surfaces, Let-Off Simulation and 256-note polyphony. One feature that set it apart from other models in the CN Series line was the RH2 (Responsive Hammer II) keyboard action that re-created the authentic touch of an acoustic grand piano with realistic motion and a unique “springless” design that provided one of the most “natural” playing experiences offered by a digital piano of its generation. The keyboard was also “graded” to simulate the heavier bass hammers and lighter treble hammers found on a traditional piano.
These high-level features enhanced the CN34’s ability to provide an exception level of performance for the player. Now a Kawai Legacy Product, the CN34 was part of a foundation upon which several generations of CN Series digital pianos have been launched. Today’s Kawai CN Series is now one of the most successful and respected line of digital pianos in the music products industry. Explore the current generation of Kawai CN Series instruments.
