The ES6 digital piano was the first Kawai ES Series instrument to feature “88-key piano sampling techniques” through which all 88 notes of the world-renowned Kawai EX Concert Grand Piano were meticulously recorded and reproduced using our proprietary Harmonic Imaging sound technology.

Additional string resonance and damper effects added to the amazing authenticity of the ES6’s piano tone. The ES6 also introduced the redesigned Advanced Hammer Action VI-F keyboard with graded key weighting to provide a higher range of responsiveness and dynamic control than ever before. Now discontinued and classified as a Kawai Legacy Product, the ES6 was yet another ground-breaking example of the continual innovation that has characterized the Kawai ES Series line since its inception.
