The Kawai MP6 stage piano was an excellent choice for those looking for a great sounds and plenty of options. With its top notch piano sound set plus half dampering, the MP6 digital piano could adapt to a wide range of musical situations. It also had a tone wheel generator, USB for recording/playback, exclusive “Ivory Touch” key surfaces, and a full set of EP sounds, bringing the total sound selection up to 256. Now a Kawai Legacy Product, the MP6 was the predecessor to the MP7 which, along with the wooden-key MP11, was named “Pro Digital Keyboard Line of the Year” by the readers of MMR Magazine in 2018.
